The location puts you right in the thick of it, with plenty of nightlife and shops nearby. The layout of the rooms offers a compact design that's easy to navigate.

Upon entering the room, a weak smell wafted from the bathroom drains, making it less than welcoming. The shower pressure was practically nonexistent. It delivered lukewarm water—frustrating for anyone wanting a decent rinse. The room's cleanliness fell short, with hairs on the towels, dirty spots on walls, and dust piling up that wasn't addressed. Although marketed as soundproof, I frequently heard antics from the hallway, which made for restless nights, especially at 7 am when my slumber was rudely interrupted by neighboring guests.

The complimentary ramen was a surprising and

delicious treat during our stay. The staff were incredibly helpful, assisting us with local transport and recommendations. The location near Dotonbori was fantastic, but the room was a bit cramped for two suitcases.

The room was immaculate, and it was cleaned every day, which I truly appreciated after long days of exploring. The toiletries and coffee were replenished daily, making my stay feel extra special. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, offering a beautiful blend of Western and Asian options.

The location is fantastic, placing you at the heart of Osaka's vibrant nightlife and shopping scenes, making it easy to explore the city.

Be prepared for a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, which can take around 20 minutes, especially after a long day of sightseeing.

The room was cozy and had an AC that really helped beat the summer heat. Free coffee in the common area was a nice touch. I enjoyed unwinding in the leisure room and took advantage of the microwave for late-night snacks. The only downside was that the pillows weren’t the best, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 👍

Friendly staff held my parcel. The elevator was a bit slow at times.

the location was amazin, right near dotonbori and a bunch of restaurants. staff were super helpful, organized our taxi to the airport and gave us tips for gettin around. the breakfast was sooo good we ended up gettin it every day lol. got complimentary ramen one night, best surprise ever! very clean and comfy room, way better than expected.

All good, fulfills its purpose. Friendly staff provide efficient service. Free drinks available all day in the lobby area.

The Standard Double Room was clean and cozy, but the pillows were not the best. It offered enough space for our two large suitcases. The staff provided complimentary beverages during the day, which was a nice perk. it was a comfy place to rest after exploring the city, even if the room could use slightly better bedding.
